The Historic Firearms research group is solely owned and managed by History in the Making Ltd. All delegates who successfully enrol as a member agree to abide by all rules and regulations as dictated by History in the making in line with all UK Police and Home Office regulations and guidelines as adhered to by the company. The historic Firearms research group is not an open to the Public facility. It is a closed group with membership restricted to single applications with each application reviewed by the company moderators. Successful applicants will be notified by email and awarded access to the Historic Firearms Research group Web Site. The company moderators reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time.
All seminars will be restricted to 12 delegates. Enrolment to any seminar may only be made made via the web site booking facility. Booking will only be confirmed after payment has been made. Payment can be made via the payment facility on the web site using Paypal or alternatively delegates can telephone our office during normal office hours to pay using Credit or Debit Card. Telephone payments will be confirmed via email.
Each delegate will be required to bring hard copies of proof of ID and proof of Address documents as submitted in their registration applications. This information will be checked by our administration team and each deligates records will be duly updated. The company will not make copies of the documents. All delegates will be required to sign a Section 21 declaration. This process is only required on initial registration.
If payment has been made and confirmation of place allocation has been assigned, cancellation by the Delegate of any seminar ticket will incur a 10% administration fee.
If for any reason a Seminar must be cancelled, all Delegates with a Seminar Ticket will have the option to move the booking onto an alternative Seminar or request a full refund of Seminar booking fee.
